Please reach out to the visiting Senate Foreign Relations Committee in Mogadishu to spell out the following points:

1. The problem of training and arming of Somali Forces drawn only from one clan in Mogadishu. Turkish Government should be warned of this unbalanced military build-up in Banadir Region.

2. Lack of cooperation between Federal Government and federal states.

3. The problem of Qatar and UAE rivalry and interference in the internal affairs of Somalia.

4. Kenyan provocative claim of Somali sovereign maritime rights on the Indian Ocean.
