Today federal government has more than five and half thousand federal employees and world bank report indicate that there are less then 2.5% from Puntland, 65% from Mogadishu+Hirshabelle, 15% from Galmudug, 12% from SW, 5% from SL. Unknow Jubaland. These are facts that the federal government did not want the WB to be released.

An eye opening report, indeed.
