The establishment of federal States is a voluntary process based on the wishes and desires of people in the regions concerned without interference from the authorities of the Central State or another federated state. If Imposed, the efforts would backfire and may lead to a renewed civil violence. A region that could not meet the constitutional requirement for the creation of a regional state may peacefully opt, and by default, for the direct administration of the Central Government with all its Constitutional rights safeguarded.
Politicians don’t have to complicate things for people to leave in peace and harmony with their immediate neighbours.
Such impositions do not serve anybody’s interests except the enemies of the Somalia. Cut the crab and let the country move forward.
