I don’t get it. Who is the Head of State in Somalia? Why does Somalia’s First Minister open the sessions of the Parliament? Why don’t speakers inform the President on time to make sure the President would attend his constitutional duty of opening Parliament sessions? How could we do the obvious protocols of statecraft? How can we avoid trying to load the camel”s burden under onto its belly? Can’t we adhere to standards and know-how of doing state business? Why do we need a national flag if it means nothing to us?
