It is has been always true theory to weaken, destabilize and divide the enemy. This strategy works well in regard to sabotaging the economy, unity and social cohesion of an enemy nation, among many other areas of a national well-being. What was happening in Somalia during the course of several decades is not an accident, but a deliberate exposure to and practical aplication of this theory on Somalia by many foreign actors, their proxies and local recruits.

Politicized clannism and religious fragmentation through proliferation of sects, epidemic corruption, and lately, NGOism, are the most powerful tools of this theory in destabilizing Somalia.

It is the solemn duty of Somali leaders to provide resources for studying these hostile foreign interventionist policies and confront this century-old vicious attack on our nation without leading the country into isolation and fear mongering, and thus, sacrificing the planned regional economic integration, for Somalia cannot stand up on its own at moment.
