The biggest question today in Puntland State is: What is the position and constitutional responsibility of Puntland Parliament with regards to the recent crimes against humanity in Gaalkacayo, violation of Puntland and Federal Constitutions, and free hand given to the Mogadishu Ruling Clique and “GalMudugh” on the fate of Puntland and Somalia?
